When one advertises something.as free, it should not come with a 3.99 price tag. I was unable to view the issue to even consider if I wished to have a subscription. I wish to cancel but that function did not seem to work. Surely Time can do better than this. And how can a nickname be taken if I am the first to write a review!

Bad business practice to offer a free app, then try to charge without giving a chance to undo or unstaling it!

This app is packed with great articles that are of interest to young and old alike. Includes videos, slide shows and interactive features that keep kids engaged. Love it!

Its not a free app if you have to pay 3.99 to see more than the cover and table of contents. Dont waste your time.

You have to pay monthly or you have to pay for one issue that sinks

When I installed it, I thought that I would actually get to read it. But all I installed was the table of contents. You actually have to pay 3.99$ for the real thing. *Upset*

The content is expensive and the articles are very short, even for elementary school kids. Also, the license agreement indicates that it is acceptable to print a personal copy yet there is no method of printing from the iPad app and I cant even get it to copy and paste to text doc or PDF. Very disappointing.

Awesome magazine, great writing and a fantastic way for kids to get involved with current events and in reading. Like most other magazines through the app store its free for the app and you have to pay for the subscription, so people please stop complaining about false advertising and read the full description.

Cant figure out how to delete it. Not interested in subscribing.

Its a great magazine! Dont be so cheap! Watching the tele wont get you anywhere. Spend $2.00 to help your brain instead of buying that cheese burger. Walk instead of taking the bus, theres $2.00 right there. Cmon THINK PEOPLE!

The App is crashing every time that I try to download an issue.

Free? Waste of time! I dont mind paying but dont like my chain pulled!

My five-year-old daughter really enjoys these magazines!!! I also am able to use them in my kindergarten classroom as non-fiction text support to my instruction. I like having the ability to preview an issue, and the option to purchase just one, without having to purchase a yearly subscription. I have had no problems with crashing. I highly recommend this app!!!

It is not clear how many issues you get with a one year subscription - it appears that it is not even monthly with the family issue. Magazine is fine just not what I thought.
